Real Estate - Upper North Shore
Suburbs on the North Shore train line are highly sought after as they provide quick access to the City. It is a lovely family area where you can have a large block of land, swimming pool etc.
The area has some of the best schools in Sydney which is a major draw card.
The area is very lush with gorgeous tree lined streets. It really is a relaxing area.
It is also quite spread out so you would need a car or two depending on distance from the train line.
The most highly sought after suburbs are:
- Roseville
- Killara
- Lindfield
They are all on the Northshore train line. As you go further out, you will find Pymble, Turramurra and Gordon also on the train line.
Wahroonga and St Ives do not sit on the train line so you would really need a car to get around.
