How to find a Property
There are a range of means to find a suitable property. It can be a very time consuming venture.
These days, most agents advertise on the internet. For Sydney property, the most comprehensive websites are www.domain.com.au and www.realestate.com.au. Pretty much all property that is currently for sale, will be listed on one of those sites.
Other places you will find information on properties are:
- Local community paper
- Real estate agents website.
- If you find a house that you love but it is not for sale, no harm in being bold and seeing if the owner would consider selling – who knows!!
