Sally Osborne has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) a Diploma in Financial Planning and is a Licensed Buyers Agent.
She has been heavily involved with developing business systems, client relationships and implementing sound quality controls.
From 1996 to 1999, she was employed by a property investment company as their National Administration Manager to develop their systems and procedures across QLD, NSW and VIC based branches. This medium sized company specialised in advising, educating and assisting clients to buy real estate before Buyers' Agents in Australia existed. She also maintained her own clients and provided research guidance to the property consultants.
In 2000 she formed a company that still provides property investment consulting. Through the involvement of Sally, this company evolved into a Financial planning business with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra. The main difference to most financial planning firms was the property focus. We educated clients on the characteristics of a sound property investment.
Sally has a solid business background dealing with a range of clients and corporate entities and is no stranger to setting up systems, developing quality controls and building relationships.
These attributes enable her to deliver a high end service to the people who expect it.
Sally is a member of The Real Estate Institute of NSW, Mosman Chamber of Commerce, Young Variety Children's Charity.
