Cremorne

Cremorne is a suburb that is close to the city without the feeling of inner city living. The roads are wider, there are more houses (that apartments) and it is family friendly.

It is next to Mosman without the prices of Mosman. It is next to Neutral Bay without the inner city feeling.

Cremorne Point provides one of the most captivating views of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. There are some great walks to be had along the water's edge.

Cremorne is located 6km from the CBD. Public transport is via Bus and Ferry. The premium properties are located in Cremorne Point and North Cremorne. This is due to the view of harbour. Cremorne Point has a high number of apartments and is located within easy walking distance to Cremorne Point Ferry Terminal.

North Cremorne, does not have easy access to the Ferry, however it also has no apartments. The area is solely premium homes.

  • The median for units was $540,000

Projected growth for 2007 according to Australian Property Monitors is:

  • Houses 1% to 4%
  • Units -1% to 2%
